A Barami reading is a personalised digital product generated and delivered to you instantly. Because the value is delivered the moment the reading is created, all sales are generally final.

When we will refund

We will gladly put things right if:

• Your reading failed to generate but you were charged.
• You were charged more than once, or in error, for the same reading.
• The service was materially not as described at the time of your purchase.

In these cases, email us within 14 days of purchase with your reading link or payment reference, and we will regenerate the reading or refund you in full.

What is not refundable

Because a reading is delivered immediately and is interpretive rather than a promise of any outcome, we do not refund simply because you disagree with, or did not act on, the guidance.

How refunds are made

Approved refunds are returned through our payment provider, HitPay, to your original payment method. Processing times depend on your bank or card issuer.
